-
Submit a valid government-issued identity document.
-
Verify ownership of a Tunisian bank account registered under the same name as the verified identity.

Liquidity Providers must also maintain:
-
Security Collateral equal to at least 120% of the total value of active orders.
-
Sufficient Tunisian Dinar (TND) liquidity to process customer transactions.
-
Verified payment methods registered under their own name, including:
-
Domestic bank transfers within Tunisia
-
Flouci
-
D17 (La Poste Tunisienne)
-
Any other payment method officially approved by the platform

When a customer wishes to sell USDT, the Liquidity Provider must:
-
Accept the order.
-
Verify the customer's payment information.
-
Transfer the equivalent amount in Tunisian Dinar (TND) within one hour.
-
Upload proof of payment through the platform.
If the customer does not submit a dispute within three hours, the Escrow System automatically releases the escrowed USDT to the Liquidity Provider's Spot Wallet.
Processing Customer Buy Orders
When a customer wishes to purchase USDT, the Liquidity Provider must:
-
Accept the order.
-
Wait for the customer to complete payment within one hour using their verified personal payment account.
-
Verify that the payment has been received correctly.
-
Once verification is complete, the platform automatically releases the escrowed USDT to the customer's Spot Wallet.
Payments originating from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in transaction rejection, arbitration, or compliance actions.
Order Processing Time Rules
If a transaction is completed within one hour, the Liquidity Provider receives the 2% service reward.
If processing is completed between one and two hours, the transaction remains valid, but the Liquidity Provider forfeits the service reward.
If processing exceeds two hours but is completed within three hours, the Liquidity Provider must pay 1% delay compensation, which is automatically deducted from the Security Collateral.
If the customer completes payment after one hour but before two hours, the platform charges the customer a 1% late payment fee, which is automatically credited to the Liquidity Provider.
Escrow Protection and Arbitration
All transactions are secured by the platform's Escrow System, ensuring protection for both customers and Liquidity Providers.
If a dispute is submitted within the allowed timeframe:
-
The transaction enters arbitration.
-
A portion of the Liquidity Provider's Security Collateral is temporarily frozen.

The platform reviews:
-
Bank transfer records

-

-
Payment receipts
-
